Z-star 710

The Z-star 710 is made from durable aluminum, and is built to last. The robust construction and excellent clamping mechanism offer a solid base on any worktop thickness. The longer handle makes it easier to operate, requiring less force with tougher produce, and it comes with its own fitted juicing jug that slides neatly into place under the juice outlet. This juice outlet has more vertical clearance above the worktop than other types, which makes for more convenient juice collection

The Z-star 710 has all the juicing parts of a modern single-auger juicer. The only difference is the lack of a motor - you supply the energy. We recommend it mainly to juice greens and wheatgrass, but it can handle most fruits and vegetables. Hard vegetables like carrots should be cut into small pieces and require more effort. It also includes a homogenizing screen so you can make things like frozen banana sorbet, pasta, and nut butter.

Since it requires no electricity, the Z-Star 710 is a very simple machine to use. The long handle turns the auger which cuts up produce, and then forces it through the two-stage juicing screen to extract the maximum amount of juice. Cleanup is simple - just rinse the juicing parts under running water and use the included brush to clean out any pulp bits from the screen.
