Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store available at www.sana-store.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders
Orders are placed through the online store interface. The purchase agreement is concluded once the order is confirmed by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in justified cases (e.g. pricing errors or stock issues).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards
- Online payment gateways
Payment options may vary depending on the delivery country. All payments are processed using secure payment systems.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated during checkout. Orders in stock ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. An email with tracking information will automatically be sent when the order is shipped.
We ship all orders via Fed EX or DHL.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller of the withdrawal within the 14-day period.
After withdrawing from the purchase agreement, the customer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
Returned products must be:

returned in their original packaging.
The seller will refund all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the effective withdrawal from the contract. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.
6. Warranty & Complaints
All products are covered by the applicable legal warranty under Czech and EU consumer protection law.

The seller reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
