Vidia Vacuum Sealer
Vidia VVS-001 vacuum sealer with integrated scale and automatic operation.
Why vacuum?
Storing food in a vacuum significantly extends its shelf life – up to 4 times! By creating an oxygen-free environment for it, it stays fresh and preserved. This way, you can store literally any food, including meat (raw and cooked), fruits and vegetables, dried foods, cheese, pasta, rice, cookies, nuts, loose tea and more. In addition to storing food, you can use a vacuum sealer for sous-vide cooking, which will ensure maximum preservation of the juiciness of meat and other ingredients.

Vacuum sealer with fully automatic operation
While other vacuum sealers require you to manually hold the lid or lock to activate the vacuum while sealing, the Vidia vacuum sealer closes and opens on its own. Simply press the SEAL or VAC SEAL button and the vacuum sealer will take care of everything.
- SEAL: The sealer only seals the bag (without removing air).
- VAC SEAL: The sealer removes the air out of the bag and seals it.
- VACUUM MARINATE: To marinate meat, you need one of the Status vacuum containers and a connecting tube . Place the meat and marinade in the container, close the lid and connect the Vidia vacuum sealer with the valve on the container using the tube. Press the button briefly to start the air extraction. The tube must be held on the container valve the entire time. After the air has been extracted, disconnect the tube and let the meat rest as needed - 30 minutes or a few hours. The vacuum helps the marinade to be absorbed into the meat faster, so you don't have to marinate it overnight.
- If you press and hold the VACUUM MARINATE button, you activate a fully automated, intensive 20-minute marinating program. The meat will shrink and expand during the program, and in 20 minutes you will get the same quality result as if you had put it in the refrigerator overnight. To use this program you need a special marinating kit , which is not included in the package.
In the basic package of the Vidia vacuum sealer, you will find a reduction tube that is used to connect the vacuum sealer to the optional accessories mentioned above (marinating set, vacuum containers).

Integrated scale
With the integrated scale, you can accurately weigh whatever you have just vacuum-sealed. You can then write the weight directly on the bag. Or use the scale to weigh ingredients before cooking sous-vide (vacuum cooking). The scale has a large digital display and completely replaces a standard kitchen scale. It is equipped with a zeroing function, which allows you to read the weight of the container or bag.

Starter pack of bags
Together with your Vidia vacuum sealer, you will receive a pack of vacuum bags so that you can work with the device immediately after unpacking. The starter set contains 5 standard bags and one roll (tunnel), from which you can cut a piece according to your current needs. After cutting, you seal one end, fill the bag with the other end and finish vacuuming. Replacement bags and rolls are available in our e-shop.
As an optional accessory, you can purchase an additional tube to suck air out of Status vacuum containers . You can also use it to suck air out of a bottle through a vacuum stopper . The stopper is suitable for preserving the freshness and taste of opened wine, cold-pressed oil, etc.
