Powerful central fan with washable filter
The powerful large fan is centrally-mounted for even dehydration. The air filter is removable and washable, ensuring the cleanest air enters the dehydrating chamber.

Two-stage sequential temperature-timer
TST allows you to set the Sedona Supreme to kickstart the dehydration process at a higher temperature and then automatically lower the temperature to gently finish the dehydration process. This makes dehydration faster while still preserving valuable enzymes.
