The KoMo manual grain mill is easy to use, even for beginners. Thanks to a powerful grinder and high-quality ball bearing, the crank made of polished stainless steel can be easily turned while the sliding bearing knob is firmly held in hand. And the funnel, open on two sides, makes filling very easy.
Beautiful and fuctional
Made of solid maple hardwood and stainless steel with care in Germany, the KoMo manual grain mill is durable and easy to use. The stainless steel crank and hardwood handle, with a smool ball-bearing action, makes grinding all kinds of grains simple. It is held on to a table or countertop by two adjustable 55 mm heavy-duty clamps. The grinding chamber is transparent, so you can watch the mill in action. And a maple and stainless steel flour bin fits neatly under the grinding chamber.
Powerful grinding stones
The natural corundum/ceramic grinding stones allow precise and effective grinding. They are also exceptionally durable and able to mill flour from a wide variety of grains including soft or hard wheat, oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils, dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney & more), and dried, non-oily spices. It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials. An optional motor is available to convert it into an electric mill.
