Simply pour your recipe for ice cream, sorbet, or gelato into the Gelato Pro 1700 UP I-Green, and press the automatic mode button. The machine does the rest. It will churn and freeze the ice cream. When it is ready, the motor will automatically stop and the machine will activate storage mode to keep the frozen dessert at the proper temperature for up to 8 hours. There is no need to remove the ice cream and put it in the freezer.

With Gelato Pro 1700 UP I-Green you can prepare up to 1.5 liters of gelato, frozen yogurt, sorbet, or ice cream in 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the recipe. The powerful compresser ensures fast freezing. And the rotating paddles make the final result smooth and perfectly mixed. Use the fixed bowl for slightly higher capacity, or the removable insert bowl for easy cleaning. Both are made from SU-304 food-grade stainless steel.

Just rinse out the bowl, paddle, and locking cap with warm water when you are done. Everything is made from easy to clean, top quality hygienic materials. The bowl, paddle and accessories such as lid, spatula, and dispenser are dishwasher safe.
