Eschenfelder grain flaker (natural wood)

It´s easy to prepare flakes from any grain (except corn), even moist grains like wheat sprouts (please let these trickle one after the other) with the Eschenfelder flaker. Due to the stainless steel rollers, oily seeds like poppy seeds, flax, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds can also be flaked, as well as spices like anise, fennel, cumin, cinnamon, mustard seeds, cardamom, coriander etc. Even chopped nuts, dried herbs, lentils and little pieces of dried fruits like raisins mixed with grains can be flaked.
