The FAM1 pitcher significantly improves the taste of tap water and removes a wide range of undesirable substances. It is designed for treating standard tap water (from public water supply or well water) that is bacteriologically safe, meets nitrate limits (up to 50 mg/l NO₃⁻, ideally below 10 mg/l), nitrite limits (up to 0.5 mg/l NO₂⁻), COD (Mn) below 4 mg/l, and arsenic concentration below 10 µg/l.
The filtered water is suitable for infants from 6 months of age, provided that nitrate content is below 10 mg/l NO₃⁻ and nitrite content below 0.1 mg/l NO₂⁻.

Precise 4-Stage Filtration
The Diona Max uses a unique four-stage filtration system:
Layer 1 – Activated carbon: Captures free chlorine to protect the special filtration media.
Layer 2 – Special media: Ion-exchange resin or GEH.
Layer 3 – Activated carbon: Improves water taste.
The filter cartridge is bacteriostatically treated, meaning it does not promote bacterial growth.
Filter Cartridge Lifetime

Storage of unused cartridge:
Up to 3 years in dry conditions at 5–25 °C.
How to use
- Remove all packaging before first use.
- Wash the glass pitcher and funnel with lid in warm water. Rinse the filter cartridge with cold water.
- Insert the cartridge with gasket into the funnel and gently press it in to prevent unfiltered water leakage.
- Pour about 1 liter of water and let it filter. The first 3 liters may appear black due to carbon dust — do not drink.
- From the 4th liter onward, the water is ready for drinking and cooking.
- Filtered water can be stored in the refrigerator.
- The inverted lid can be used as a tray for the funnel during refilling.
