The original American-made masticating juicer, the Champion 2000 is an update of the classic Champion design from the 1950's. Solid and amazingly durable, the Champion is built like a tank.
A proven classic
Probably the toughest juicer ever made, the Champion 2000 has been following the same basic design since 1955. Strong and solid, with a commercial-quality 1/3 horsepower motor, Champion juicers are designed to run problem-free for decades. It is a unique machine, combining the high-speed action of a centrifugal juicer with the masticating action of a slow juicer.
Easy to use
Despite its industrial build, the Champion 2000 is actually quite easy to use. Assembly is simple, and cleanup is fast and easy. To juice, just cut your produce to fit the feeding tube and turn it on. The 1425 rpm motor makes quick work of carrots, beets, apples, and other hard produce. It also handles citrus fruits fast, producing a better-quality juice than centrifugal models. Because leafy greens are more effectively juiced at slow speeds, we wouldn't recommend the Champion for that type of produce.
Great for sorbets, nut butter, and puree
The Champion 2000 comes with both a juicing screen and a blank homogenizing screen. This screen lets you crush produce without extracting the juice. Use it with berries to make sauces and purees. Add nuts to make all kinds of nut butters. And it probably makes the best sorbets of any machine due to its strong motor having no problem with frozen fruit.
