Flexible vacuum settings

With its flexible settings, the Catler VS 8010 can be tailored to the individual ingredient for the best results. Are you sealing fresh salmon or maybe a steak? Choose NORMAL speed and MOIST food to ensure a firm and dry seal. Do you have dried herbs with woody stems you'd like to keep fresh? Choose GENTLE speed and DRY food to prevent the stems from puncturing the bag. You can also choose SEAL only to make your own custom-size vacuum bags from rolls.

Removable scale

The removeable scale allows you to measure and weigh any ingredient. The large LCD display cleary shows the accurate weight, allowing you to prepare meals beforehand in controlled portions. You can write directly onb the bag the item name, date sealed, and weight for future reference. The TARE function automatically subtracts the weight of any container before adding ingredients, allowing hygienic and convenient measuring.

Bottle attachment included

In addition to vacuum sealing, a special attachment lets you remove the air from bottles. This exponentially extends the shelf life of wine, oils, vinegar, and more. You can also marinate meat in only 20 minutes. Just put the meat and marinade in a bag and vacuum seal it. The vacuum environment opens the pores of the meat, allowing the marinade to quickly penetrate deeply into it for the best flavor and tenderness.
