Flour sifter
An ingenious attachment for your KoMo or Sana grain mill, the KoMo sifter lets you automatically sift your freshly made flour.
Simple to use
The KoMo flour sifter attaches to the top of your KoMo or Sana grain mill. Just remove the hopper and upper millstone and attach the sifter. Pour the flour into the sifter and close the top. Then just turn on the grain mill. A vortex is created, spinning the flour like a tornado. The lighter bran spins in the vortex while the flour is scraped through the sifting screen by a series of rotating blades.
Three sifting screens for different flour consistencies
The KoMo electric sifter comes with coarse, medium, and fine sifting screens. This lets you choose the fineness of the flour. Do you prefer something with a more whole-grain "nutty" taste and texture, then use the coarse screeen. Are you making a light and flaky pastry, then choose the fine screen. The medium screen is a good all-around choice for most rolls.
