Pricing

Prices are stated in Euro (EUR) including VAT for countries from European union.

21% of VAT is deducted from the ordered goods if the order came from a non EU member country. In this case prices do not include any duties. Duties and VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be paid to the competent customs office during the delivery.

Your rights
Under Electronic Commerce (2000/13/EC), Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Unfair Contract Terms (93/13/EC) and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider something you purchase from this site is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described. These rights are in addition to and not limited by the information below about our cancellation, refunds & returns policy. In case of any complaints you might contact a European Commissioner for Consumer Protection.

Cancellations, refunds & returns
For all our products sold through our online shop you may return any damaged or unwanted product within 14 days for a prompt refund of its purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product is defective. The refund amount will be reduced by transport, bank or PayPal fees which third parties charge our company. Please make sure that you include the original packing slip with the product and that it is securely wrapped and cleaned and returned in the original packaging. Any products returned not properly cleaned will be subject to a cleaning charge. SANA-STORE.COM is not responsible for damage which might be caused during the transport. Send the package to:

Note that SANA-STORE.COM is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to refusal by customs offices outside of the EU. See "Customs fees and charges" below.

Payment by credit card is only available within the EU

We offer payment by credit card only within EU countries. For customers outside of the EU, you can pay by wire transfer or PayPal. To use PayPal, select the wire transfer option and write that you would like to use PayPal in the notes. We will send a payment request to your PayPal account. Thank you.

Cancelling your order - Credit card payments
In case you have placed an order and paid with your credit card - please note that once cancelling your order you will be refunded the full amount reduced by the amount of the banking fees for credit card payments. Banks charge approximately 3,5% from the paid amount for every transaction and will keep that percentage. Therefore, please make sure you have made the right choice before you pay for your juicer. Remember, we are here to help you with your choice. Don't be afraid to contact us for any help!

Shipping & Delivery time

We ship to most European countries and many countries outside of Europe .

How do I calculate my shipping costs?

Add your desired product to the cart by clicking the buy me button. Then select your country from the drop-down menu. The shipping costs vary from the total amount of your order.

In case you are from one of our Partner countries, please switch to your language for more information on shipping and better services. Use the "Choose your country" drop-down menu to switch to your language.

Partner countries = we have a direct representative in your country
Non partner countries = we don´t have an office in your country
Non EU countries = Countries in Europe but not part of European union
Other countries = Countries out of Europe

Delivery time for non partner and non-EU countries (not UPS, no tracking)

3-10 working days after recieving your payment for Zone 1 - Zone 5
6-30 working days after recieving your payment for Zone 6 and Zone 7
50-90 working days after recieving your payment for Zone 8
Please note that there might be some customs duties set up by your government.

In case you can´t find your country on the list it does not mean we do not ship to your country. Just use the contact form to contact us and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us via email info@eujuicers.com or phone .


IMPORTANT NOTE:we might not be able to ship certain products to your country as there might be exclusive contracts for some products and areas. Please note that shipping to islands always incurs additional shipping costs. If you need delivery to an island address, please contact us and we can work out the details.

Customs fees and charges

Delivery into countries outside the European Union: Prices do not include customs, charges for customs clearance, storage at the airport or additional shipping fees. Customs and additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package that leaves our warehouse. They are placed on items by your own government and you must contact your customs office to find out if they will apply and in what amount. Please check this beforehand, as your customs office will charge you duty fees even if you don't accept the shipment. If your order is refused by the recipient country's customs office and returned to us, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs to the recipient country and back as we must pay the shipping company regardless.

We keep the right to change the courier service in case of some destinations.

Security 
All details, including credit card information, submitted through this site pass through our secure server, which offers 128-bit encryption.

Changes to these terms and conditions
SANA-STORE.COM may modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Your continued use of the site after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of that modification. For this reason we provide a link to the terms and conditions at the bottom of every page — you should check them each time you visit, because you are bound by them if you use the site.

Information notice:According to the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is required to issue a receipt to the buyer. The seller is also required to register the sales data online to the Financial Authority. In case of a technical problem, the data must be registered no later than 48 hours after the sale.
