Increase the flexibility of the E320 blender
If you plan to process dry ingredients (grains, coffee, nuts) regularly and in larger quantities, consider also the Vitamix 900 ml dry ingredient jar. This will prevent premature wear in the main blending jar. The dry ingredient jar has a smaller volume and differently shaped blades than the standard 2-liter jar of the Vitamix E320. It is better suited for dry ingredients. The blades create a "reverse vortex" that prevents ingredients from getting stuck under the blades. The ingredients are thrown towards the side, and then back directly to the blades. Thanks to this, dry ingredients are processed faster and with a smoother consistency. The 900 ml jar also comes with a tamper and a spatula - the tamper is especially indispensable when mixing thick mixtures (ice cream, nut butters). This dry jar can also be used for kneading dough.
