The Thick Mixer
The combination of the smaller jar, specially designed blades, and included pusher are ideal for blending dry ingredients or thicker sauces.  Grind grain into flour. Make nut butter using only nuts. You can also make perfect sorbets and thick bean and seed pastes such as hummus. These thicker blends tend to form air pockets while blending, but the pusher collapses these air pockets without coming into contact with the blades.

Spill-Proof Spout
The angle of the spout is designed to prevent drips and spills.

Letting Off Steam
The vented lid and lid plug let you bring dishes to hot temperatures right in the container, or add ingredients while blending to adjust texture.

Leak Prevention
