Most slow juicers have only one speed, typically between 40 rpm and 110 rpm. It is easy to make homemade nut butter, such as peanut or cashew, which can contain either just nuts or other ingredients according to your taste (honey, salt, etc.). Just remember that the nuts must be roasted.

With the homogenizing screen, you can also quickly prepare baby food, applesauce, homemade salsa, and vegetable spreads.

It can also be used to grind dried herbs. With the juicer, you can grind them faster and more efficiently than if you were to crush them by hand in a mortar. The homogenising and fine screens allow you to make your own almond milk - delicious and more nutritious than twhat you'll find in the grocery store.

How to do it? First, soak the unroasted almonds in water for 6 hours. Then drain the water, rinse the almonds and grind them in the juicer using the homogenising screen. The result will be almond pulp. Pour water over this, mix and insert the fine screeninto the juicer instead. Then just take a ladle and use it to put the mixture into the juicer.

After processing in the juicer, you will get not only milk, but also ground nut pulp that can be used these in baking. They are great for muffins, for example.

The automatic reverse function is activated if you put something too hard into the juicer that it cannot process. The auger briefly runs in reverse automatically in the opposite direction to loosen it, and then returns to normal operation. This safety feature protects the motor from damage.

Dual hopper for more convenient filling
The standard feedung tube of the Sana Ultimate also has a large side hopper. You can use the standard tube hole to feed in most fruits and vegetables, especially carrots, celery, large leafy vegetables or apples and pineapples. No more drips on the table
