Whether you press lemons, limes, oranges, or grapefruits, the juicing arm (lever) and juicing tip ensure maximum yield regardless of the size of the fruit. Cut the citrus in half and place one half on the tip. Gently push the juicing arm down. The result is sweet, clean, cold-pressed juice. We recommend not pushing too hard on the lever to prevent some of the bitter peel oil from getting into the juice.
The press is equipped with a closable juice outlet.. Snap it on after juicing to prevent the juice from dripping when disassembling and transporting the parts to the sink or dishwasher.
