This is suitable if you mill both flour as well as other products like coffee, herbs, or seeds and wish to keep your flour milling stones pure. It is especially suitable for those who mill wheat flour as well as gluten-free flours, to prevent cross-contamination. Switching inserts takes about one minute with experience. This kit is suitable for Komo 360-watt grain mills including the Magic and Fidibus 21, as well as the Sana Grain Mill.
